Stomach Virus

So, I woke up with a stomach virus. I was sleeved on December 8th. I was wondering what suggestions people have for dealing with this. Before my surgery, I would eat crackers, rice, pretzels, and ginger ale. I can't have any of that now. What should I do to settle my stomach?

      you can have ginger tea, which could be very helpful for you. and, if you need to have a few crackers for a couple of days it will be fine too.

      Have the ginger ale, just flatten it. It's the ginger, not the bubbles that settles the gut. Feel better
