post op food help

Hi everyone I'm Zoë and I had my surgery on 2nd March 2016 at the Whittington health hospital, London so I'm 4weeks out,

Would like to ask, I'm getting ready board with food, I'm a vegetarian and finding it really hard to eat something different, its the same thing all the time. Could I have some ideals please to try.

Hope to hear something soon.

Thanks Catlady, I would assume it has the relevant nutrients.

Quorn, tofu, eggs, beans, cheese is awesome and you can melt it into soups to up the protein. I'm surprised you're allowed pasta, but everyone's programme is different I suppose.

For my pasta/rice substitute I eat "Miracle Noodles". Google them to find out all about them. When washed, dried and cooked properly they are wonderful.

Good luck in your search. :)
