Losing Slowly...

I was recently banded and I have noticed that I haven't been losing over the last week...

I was just wondering what other LBers did to make the weight progress better. Is there any kinds of foods I should be eating to make the weight loss progress better. How many calories should I be eating in a day.

I know it can't be what I'm eating because I have never gone over 600-700 calories. I don't know what the problem is?

You were banded not quite 2 weeks ago, correct?

In that case, I really wouldn't worry too much about what you lose (or don't) till you have had your first fill. In the first 4 to 6 weeks we should really concentrate on healing. Any weight you do lose before your first fill is a bonus, really.

But at 2 weeks out, and 12lbs down, I think you are doing really well. Congratulations!
