I have Aetna trs. From when my doctors office sent in paperwork to when I was approved was only a few days. I called after the third day to check on approval and the next day I was approved. Had I waited for the letter in the mail I would have waited two weeks.

    I think I have Aetna PPO II or something like that! Hopefully, my doctor's office will submit it the day of my last weigh in. So, I should definitely call and not wait to get a letter in the mail?
