beyond barre

Has anyone done beyond barre for exercise when still having an over 40 BMI.

    Barre is INTENSE. I did my first class with BMI around 35. It was definitely very tough and I hated it. Then a couple weeks later I tried at a different studio and absolutely loved it.

i dont think its possible for a person having 40+ BMI and do beyond barre.
