Three week stall. Most people hit their first stall at this point. Continue on as normal, assuming you are following the diet.

The stall is completely normal and is discussed constantly on the boards..

Look for a thread titled "Embrace The Stall" or something similar...

You have gotten some good advice. Just stick with the protein and drink your fluids. Everyone hits a stall. I am a year out at the end of this August and I have hit stalls. It is very frustrating after all your hard work, nothing lost. But it will come. Just hang in there
