Feb sleevers.... One month updates!

Hey guys! I was sleeved on Feb 25th and so far so good! I'm down 50lbs... I couldn't believe it when I stepped on the scale. I still get cramped up at times and the triggers are so real especially since we get caterers come into the office I work at. How's everyone doing?? Post pics too if you'd like!

I was sleeved on 2/16, and I am down 36 pounds. Including my pre-surgery weight loss, I am down 66 pounds. I just bought a pair of pants that were 12 inches smaller than when I started my journey. They were a little snug, but I was able to where then out. The next size up fit ok, but I knew in a week or two, they will probably be big on me!

I am also so tired and weak feeling and I am hurting in my back just started the last day or two has anyone else been hurting?

Did you have back problems before your surgery? I did. They went away for a while as I lost weight but now that everything is moving around and I'm carrying myself differently they've flared up again. My doc says it's just temporary, although it's annoying and painful as hell.

Have they checked to see if you are low on Iron or anything? are you getting enough Water?

I just did 5 days in the hospital for dehydration and low magnesium and potassium. I am trying to get all my Water in and I have been taking my Vitamins like I am suppose too. But I don't see my doctor again till May 25th and I have to do my blood work a week before.

Today is 5 weeks for those of us sleeved on 2/25. I've only lost 18 lbs since surgery (and 18 before). Doesn't seem like much compared to everyone else. Hoping the weight loss picks up after 6 weeks as my surgeon promised.

Very happy for those of you who have lost a bunch your first month. I had my surgery on February 22 and have only lost 17 lbs. feeling disappointed. My dr. Said I would lose slower since I only 213. To begin with. Wishing I could see scale move..

My surgery was on 2/17 and I am down 29 pounds included 10 pounds lost during pre-op diet. I am still experiencing dizzy spells usually in the morning and evenings. I feel very tired after work and do not have much energy for house chores once i get home. I basically pack my food for the next work day and get ready for bed. I am eating puree foods and 2 Protein skakes a day. I think my progress is good overall for 6 weeks post op. It feels so good to be able to control my portion size.

Why are you still on puréed foods?my surgery was 2/16 and I've been on regular foods introducing them slowly of course.

I was on soft foods at two weeks and regular food since 1 month. only thing I haven't had yet is raw veg, which will try soon.
