When do they schedule surgery?

I finished all my pre-op procedures! My information has been submitted to Cigna for pre-authorization. I called Cigna. They said to allow 5 business days for the claim to process. I am assuming after they get the pre-approval they will schedule the surgery. Hoping for an April surgery.

    Depends on surgeon, I've heard of people having dates before they're are even approved, some wait until after approval

    I'm waiting as well with Cigna. My paperwork will be turned in Friday. God willing if approved then tests at the hospital. Another visit to the surgeon and then he schedules the surgery. Good luck to you.
