Hi. Banded 2008. Lost a bit but mainly just not put on any more. Joined some Facebook groups, now this today. Have learnt so much that was never told to me when I had my band! Amazing! I feel like I need to start again with fresh knowledge. Doing the 5 day pouch test from today and just watched the 8 golden rules vids. My band prob too tight if anything. I have learnt to eat easy stuff that slips down and regularly make myself sick when I've eaten too fast or the wrong thing...then carry on eating junk. I'm starting again with new eyes and fresh advice. Looking for someone to fill me in on modern thinking and to encourage each other when times are tough. Local is good, we could meet up, but I'm open to worldwide online buddies too.

Hiii.. just wondering wats the 5 day pouch test and what videos have you watched .. aww my god you sound like me I have been up and down with my band had it over a year now still no weight loss but trying again .. I eat and eat then it comes up then I'm hungry again it's a viscous circle I need help !!
