iPhone app reloading issue

Hi. The last 2 days when I am looking at a topic the page jumps around and I can't read too long before it moves to a completely different area making it difficult to read. I believe it is when the ads reload? It has only been the last few days

    I'm sorry I can't figure out how to post something except to reply to a post. Also getting tons of emails. How do I stop them.

    Check under subscribed. There is a it toe yellow star. Click it back to white. A and you are no longer subscribed. I think the app subscribes you to anything you write in.
