How long did it take for you to heal?

Hi all! When I had my lap band placed, I was back to work in 1 week. I'm imagining the sleeve revision won't be the same. I'm just curious about how long did it take you to go back to work? I'll be doing the 2 step process also

I wasn't a revision, but my surgeon suggested two weeks off post-op for my sleeve. I have a desk job. For me, the pain wasn't an issue beyond the first few days. My main issue was the fatigue. I was very very tired and drained feeling until I was able to eat more substantial foods and get more calories in. I have read posts from people who went back one week post-op and posts from people who went back four weeks post-op, but two weeks seems to be the norm.

I was back to work in a week after my band to sleeve revision and also had gallbladder out. Not a whole lot of pain for me either after the first few days. I work in the office 3 days a week and I work at home 2 days. Also desk job.

I could've taken more time but didn't really feel

Like I needed it.

My surgery is on 3/22. I'm taking 3 weeks off but that's because I'm a nurse and I work in a hospital so its a very active job. Hopefully 3 weeks will be enough?
