Another pulled muscle? Anyone else?

So I think I pulled another muscle. I'm almost 2 weeks post op and feel so fragile. After 3 weeks I pulled a muscle in my stomach. A few weeks after that I pulled a muscle in my back. Now I feel like I pulled a muscle in my side. One was from lifting too much and this new one I think was from exercising. I mean I'm assuming it's a pulled muscle. I have a pain in my left side. Ugh...anyone else?!

@@Melanie28 Omg...I just did the exact same thing too...pulled a muscle in my stomach on the left side. I'm thinking pulled muscle as well....it just feels like a muscle pain and I'm fine otherwise.

  • I mean at first I got nervous and thought ...oh snap my stomach is exploding haha. But I'm sure that's just my anxiety talking. I just feel so fragile! I didn't do that much exercise. Literally 10 min

Omg...I just did the exact same thing too...pulled a muscle in my stomach on the left side. I'm thinking pulled muscle as well....it just feels like a muscle pain and I'm fine otherwise. I pulled mine when I bent down fast to try and stop something from hitting the floor, and I felt a "pull" and it really hurt for a second. I've got a heating pack on it right now

I'm hoping I'll feel better tomorrow. And I hope you'll feel better too!!

Back muscles just suck to pull...very painful!!

Dayum..........I feel for ya.

And yes....I felt some of the same pains.

Hell......at almost 5 months out......I still feel some oddball pains.

One could safely say that this dude's life is full of random oddball pains.

Some of are my own doing.....trying to be a superhero in the gym or elsewhere....these are what I consider "good" pains. I caused them....I can pinpoint how they happened.....all is good. All will be well.

Some, though, are the random pains that leave me scratching my head and going, "WTF?". I am so not joking. I frequently scratch my head and ask myself that very question.
