Hey everyone! :)

I have my one meal ( usually meat and veg) at about 12 pm. I'm fine all day and then as soon as it hits after 5 at night I'm craving food food food and I want to eat and I usually give in and something not binge but I have like some ham or a packet of crisps and its stoping me from loosing weight any advice people ? :( xx

Maybe more protein in the afternoon? Lots of water and tea and not looking at tv commercials helps me. I also keep one good yogurt or low cal single ice cream as a treat for the end of my day.

And yes. I still fight the demons at night. After 9 years. Sometimes I have to go to bed and give up on the day. Sometimes. Snacking wins. Just not as often!

I have been banded for a little over a month now (yay! 35lbs lost) and I have found whenever I am hungry even after I've eaten 3 small meals a day I would eat either string cheese or Greek yogurt. It has really helped me doing so because if I don't snack I'm afraid I would turn it into a buffet style meal. Willpower is key in this
