I have been doing myfitnesspal for the past year. This is my second time in the past three years trying this program. My doctors office is aware of my attempts, and passed this on in a letter to my surgeons office along with my medical records. My insurance is Anthem Blue Cross and requires 6 mos. supervised weight loss documented by physician. Will my log from myfitnesspal be sufficient for insurance coverage? Just wondering if anyone else had similar programs cover this pre-requisite for ins.
