Fit sixty is the new forty five!

Hoping us more (ahem) mature adults are finding that being in good shape in our sixties makes us feel like we are in our forties!

Many of us, myself included , find that being healthy and fit in our sixties is BETTER than our overweight, unhealthy forties/thirties/fifties. (Insert appropriate age here)

I am thankful to have found a long term solution to such a personal issue....for many years
