Hit ONE-DERLAND TODAY!

  • Popular Post

Its been a long time coming and a huge victory on my journey to reach one-derland and today it happened! I am 11 months out from surgery and down 123 lbs total. By far the best decision I ever made for myself! How has the surgery changed your life?

Silly question, but what is "one-derland"? I see this phrase all the time but have no idea what it means.

@@Proud2BMe It means that you are officially in the 100's in weight. And since it is so wonderful to those who are in our journey, the term just means that much more!

Thank you! So I got to lose 6 more lbs before I reach my "one-derland". Can't wait! :)
