Good suggestions from Learningtolive. I also sometimes eat turkey/chicken chili or a deli meat/cheese rollup if I'm wanting something savory. If I liked yogurt, I would be eating that every day probab

Good morning. I'm new here and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on good Breakfast foods during my pre-op journey? March is the first of six months for me and I'm having the darnest time trying to get good breakfast ideas. My safe place is my Protein shakes but I want to have a nice hot breakfast. Can anyone help? Thank you.
