I think with the new law you need one. You should act fast because it is about 15 weeks to get a passport now.

If you are driving, you do not need a passport, but if you are flying you do need one. If you are driving, you need your driver's license, and it's good to keep your birth certificate with you.

Once again... what Marimaru wrote. She's on the money.

It was originally supposed to be in effect for last January. Now it's been changed to Jan 08 before you will need a passport to fly in or go by ship. Driving is a driver license.

Im considering using one of the Doctors that pick up up at San Deigo. So im guessing we would be driving in.

So I should take my drivers licenses and birth certificate.

Sounds good

Thanks

You could actually get a passport in 2-3 weeks if you have it expedited but the cost is around 150 $

Like stated that law was pushed back anyways.
