    you can use it anystore that takes coupons I usually get them at walmart with the coupons and pay like 3.62 for 4 pack is good deal!! Sams sells a pack of 12 for 16 dollars but with the coupons at walmart you can get 16 shakes for less than 14 dollars thats what I do ????????
