Have you given up soda yet? Or practice the liquid diet for a day?

Stay away from carbs - no sweets, no bread, Pasta, potatoes or rice (in any form). That will help to cut your cravings. Stick with lean meat - chicken and fish, veggies and salads, legumes, fresh fruit and nonfat dairy.

Atkins + cardio exercise + drink lots of Water.

When doing Atkins....stay in a calorie deficit, too. Don't believe the bull that folks tell you that you don't have to count calories......because you must. Low carb calories deficit and drinking plenty of water will have that weight falling off you quickly........
