Today I should get the answer for my procedure. It's been a crazy ride to get here today. I have tricare prime through United healthcare and I have to say I'm vastly disappointed with their staff. Twice I have called to them to check status of my auth and was told mistakenly it was supportive when it was not. No one knows what's really going on there and it makes me nervous that they are in charge of something that affects my whole life.

That would drive my up the wall! I really hope things work out for the best for you.

I meant approved not supportive lol. I called this afternoon and was approved, for real this time. Lol

@@nurse247 I have UHC and was told I was approved as well! Only to find out that my file hadn't even been submitted yet!! I was so disappointed. But luckily, my approval did take place and become official only a week later. So happy for you!
