Iron Supplements

Recommendations for an Iron Supplement? I have been mildly anemic my entire life, Dr wants me to start taking Iron again, but every supplement I have tried upsets my stomach. I've taken at least 8 different brands.

Have you tried liquid iron, such as Wellesse liquid iron? I found that very easy on my stomach. Right now I am taking Perfect Iron (1 pill 3x per day) and it doesn't bother me at all.
