North East Ohio

Has anyone had their surgery done at Lake Health in Ohio?

If so, did you need to pay your copay upfront or were you billed?

Also, has anyone dealt with the Cleveland Clinic? I've been having some grievances with them and that's why I'm changing hospitals.

I'm currently going through the process with the Cleveland Clinic. So far so good, except for having to attend a Substance Abuse Risk group meeting because I'll drink a bottle of wine MAYBE twice a month. Apparently I'm a binge drinker. I told the psychologist that I don't need to go to a meeting, I can just stop completely right now, but nope. Whatever. I'm not going to be drinking at all after surgery, I know this.

So far that's my only irritation. I expected it to be a long process.
