This post is for a friend. She is just about 3 months post opp and can't seem satisfy her thirst. She hasn't been taking her vitamins and supplements either for the last couple of weeks until yesterday. She just switch from chewable and pill form yesterday and got a b-12 shot from Doctor. Any suggestions?

This is going to sound obvious, but drink more and take the vitamins etc you should be? I'm not sure what else your friend is expecting?

How much is your friend actually drinking in a 24 hour period?

Has her blood sugar been tested? Unquenchable thirst can be a symptom of diabetes. Definitely make sure she is taking her vitamins. And try to find out for us how much water she is actually drinking.

Thank you all for the suggestions...even the obvious ones. This is all things I have shared with her. Hopefully she is back on track and she is still waiting on blood work to come back so everything will tell then.
