Cravings

I know it's said that if you crave chocolate you could be low on Magnesium (just went through this last week...it's all I wanted and I subbed with sugar free hot cocoa). This week it's gummy bears! I broke down and had some sugar free ones and you would have thought I was eating 24K gold, they were so good. I am wondering if it's the gelatin I am craving, maybe due to my recent hair loss?

I'd bet it was sugar you were craving. When I crave it, I eat sugar free popsicles. Not real sugar - but it works!

I'm on day 5 of the pre op diet my dr ordered. At first I thought "This is not too bad, I don't feel really deprived". Well, well, well....today I can't seem to stop thinking about eating bread. I want to smell the bread and just eat it up. I guess it really can get to you. I want to keep straight, not give in. I just come here when stuff bothers me ????
