What is this lump in my throat???

Hey today is my one month bandiversary!! Down 34 pounds!!

I have noticed sometimes when I eat, there is a lump in the back of my throat. Not painful just a lump. Am I eating to much?? I am a little hungrier lately and my first fill is in a couple of weeks. I know someone knows what this is HELP:help:
