Looking for a buddy

Hey all. I am starting my early part of the journey. I'm on my second month appts. I have had scopes and blood work all done. And have met with nutritionist twice. My insurance makes me Waite 6 months so 4 more to go before i can do surgery. Psych evaluation is next week. I would just like a friend to talk to while we are going through this together. Hoping surgery will be in may or June.

I just started my 6 month journey on 1/21 and so far I have completed consultation and blood work. I am nervous but I hope it goes by fast

Love to be your buddy , surgery Monday :-)

I'm expected to get my surgery in April or May. I started in November. I found out my scope test said I have the starts of Barrett's and reflux even though I have no symptoms. I had full intentions on the sleeve until then. Now I'm being told I'm most likely getting bypass. You are welcome to tag along with me during your journey. It feels like forever but it goes fast. Good luck to you!

I'm on my last of my six months... My last work up appointment is the 18th the time went by pretty fast. Can't wait to get my date!

Good luck Lisa. My 6month will be up in March.
