One Month Post Surgery Pride

I got on the scale for the first time in two weeks and was overjoyed to learn I've lost a little over 30 lbs since surgery a month ago. [insert happy dance]. One more lb until I'm under the 200 mark. :o

Hey so in that month I assume you've followed the program to the letter with diet, exeercise, etc? How difficult have you found it to follow the program? thanks pedro

NIcely done!!! @ PSVZUM.... wow, you're right, being 28 days TILL surgery I cannot visualize being full so easily. Can't imagine it, after a lifetime of gluttony
