Sliming and Throwing up

I'm trying to figure out what made me so sick. I made protein balls tonight and tried one. Let's just say I will remember NYE 2015! Painful stuck feeling and lots of spitting or throwing up. Here are the ingredients: honey, oats, chia seeds, peanut butter, protein powder plus a little water mixed in. Any thoughts?

A no go...chia seeds scare me. It all sounds to heavy...you would of been better with a turkey meatball

  • Honey..It's sugar. I had bypass and it's on my No No list

  • Chia seeds swell up so much. If you put like a tablespoon of chia seeds into about a cup of Water within a half hour you'll have about a half cup (or more) of swollen chia seeds.

Not sure they work with WLS procedures
