January 14 surgery date

Hello everyone! My surgery, after five months of Being on the Doctor train is January 14,2016. I am so beyond excited and nervous and excited, and well you get the picture lol. I currently weighing 293 (can't believe I just shared that) and my goal is 155. My height is 5'8 and I am determined to use this opportunity as a fresh start. It's a scary journey, anytime we embark on the unknown it is, but overall when we think positive our lives become positive. I love having this forum to talk with others and find that there is many tips that are going to be useful. So excited.
