Am I Able To Eat Too Much?

Hi everyone!

tonight i had a mcdonalds chicken caesar salad for dinner. polished off the whole thing. that was about 1/2 an hour ago, and now i am drinking crystal light with no problem.

I currently have 1.25 in a 4 cc band.

what do you think?:phanvan is it fill time?

    No, you aren't filled enough. Typically I can only eat a few bites of the grilled ceasar from McDonalds. If you can eat more than 1/4 cup of food you need a fill. Good luck.
