My insurance BCBS through my husbands Union requires 6 months weight loss program that can be WW or Jenny Craig or nutritionist. I have 3 and half months of WW online weigh ins and tomorrow I have my 2nd month NUT visit. Can anyone tell me if I can combine both to count as my 6 months requirement?

That sounds like something you need to ask your insurance carrier since it is their requirement.

Yesterday I found out that I might be able to use the weight watchers weigh ins counting towards the 6 months monitored weight loss. So my doctor said on my next visit on January 28th they will put me on the schedule for surgery in February and submit everything to insurance for approval. Hoping it works out February is better than May.

I have BCBS Alabama and my six months had to be consecutive and all with the same program.
