I have Molina.... Lots of hoops to jump through... But so far so good.

i have medicaid as my secondary so far they have given me no trouble and defer to my primary insurance for everything

I have Medicare.

My file was sent to Medicare yesterday. Since Medicare does not pre-approve surgery, I assume they are just verifying benefits.
