Storage for pre op shake

Hi all ????

I have a question. I start my pre op diet on Monday as I am making my grocery list, I realized that I will have to pack my lunch shake.

Any advice on how to pre make a shake and store it? Refrigerator? Feezeer? Also, what else did you guys put on your grocery list for pre op diet? Thanks!

The call these meal replacement or fitness packs for lunchables...check Amazon I found a lunch tote that my shakes fit into and it looks like a handbag...all price points on Amazon.

You could just buy premier protein already made and then just tote it in a lunchbox with an ice pack. I don't much care for premier, but it does work if you do.
