WPS insurance

Has anyone had this surgery using the WPS insurance? I do know that it does cover bariatric surgery, but I am curious about how long it took for an approval and whatnot.

this was the only insurance option that does cover bariatrics as an employee of the State of WI (that I was offered anyway through the WDVA).

My policy goes into effect Jan 1... I am getting excited and nervous, and ready to get the ball rolling.
