Woooo scale is going down!

I was at the dr today for my 3rd of 6 insurance required visits! I am happy to say that I have dropped 5 pounds. I'm ready to get the surgery in about 3-4 months! I'm also going to try the phentermine. Anyone else tried this?

i was on phen for about 3 years. in the beginning it worked really well. i suggest taking it about 11:00 am unless it keeps you up at night. i needed to take it then for it to last me through the day and early evening. some people take it in the morning and cannot sleep at night. i suggest trying it early morning your first time to see how it affects you. after a good amount of time it seems the effectiveness wore out, however, now that i am 3 weeks post op i am no longer taking it. i have to admit, i miss it. it gave me the pep that i needed.

i will be happy to answer any questions you have about it.

great job on your weight loss!!!!

I did and didn't like the way it made me feel. That was years ago and I only took it for about two weeks, if that. It made me feel jittery.

Some people it makes you jittery.I took it lose 50 pounds but weight came back when I quit taking it.Be careful its addictive. It gives u a lot of energy.Rking right about taking early in morning.I took it at 1:00 pm was up all night.Take it about 9:00 am.Best of luck.I finally got approval.Surgery is end of this month.Merry Christmas to me.
