Pre-Op Weight Loss

My Doc put me on a 2 week Pre-Op liquid diet. It has been really tough but I have almost done a full week. :clap2: I jumped on the scale today and I have lost 20 Lbs in 5 days! I was just wondering if anyone else had similar results with their Pre-Op diet. Thanks everyone!

    I can only wish - have lost only 7.5# but have been on heavy duty fluid pills before so really didn't have the water weight to lose. I have had non scale victory like lots of inches lost - 3 inches in my waist alone. I am totally satisfied!
