I put my Fitbit away and I'm not tracking calories. I'm going slow and stopping when I'm full. I'm sure I'll graze but plan on getting right back on the wagon tomorrow!

My shrink has been encouraging me to NOT track every day. And today I'm not tracking. I ate a little of almost everything. I enjoyed it all.

Very unlike last year when I was still in the losing phases. I was much more regimented last year -- and pushing a lot of food around my plate while everyone else was chowing down.

Just seemed more natural and easy this year. No anxiety at all.

I'm maintaining great. Loving this new life.
