WHAT COMPANY ARE YOU USING?

I'm am on my 10 day liquid pre op diet and can't keep my protein shake down, it's coming back up. I called the office and they just said to try jello-0 more often and broth. I'm using North Valley Aurgical Associates.

What are you drinking? Have you tried different ones?

I don't have a company. Just my doc and the hospital.

Try different protein shakes. I personally REALLY like Unjury Chocolate Splendor and Chicken Soup, Premier Chocolate, and some Syntrax Nectar flavors.

If you want something lighter than the shakes try Syntrax Fuzzy Navel. To me it reminds me of an Orange Julius. It mixes well in water and no clumps.
