They are not going to give me any water until I take a upper gi test and Dr sees the results

Did you find your stomach area all black and blue?

No, tho my incisions look very fresh, and I'm covered in glue and some sort of blue antiseptic residue! It definitely feels like someone's been punching my stomach though!

I got to come home at 11:30 am today!

That's good! How are you feeling? I slept so much better in my own bed, though I had to make a pillow nest to get close to comfortable.

I hate those hospital beds! Did you have to do a upper gi test to see if you had leakage? I dry heaved on the dye and the anthestia. My ribs are sore from that as well. Did you have a blood drain on you? OMG I thought I was going to die when the nurse was trying to get it out. She got blood on me her and all over and the floor!

Have you been able to eat? I'm doing well with sipping on water but could only take 1 sip of the protein shake.
