I did. I switched 2 weeks before surgery after months of working with my first surgeon.

My initial surgeon was amazing. He has been doing gastric bypass for over 30 years. And he had the procedure himself. He was very to the point and didn't beat around the bush.

But he retired on me. He was willing to do my surgery but I needed it during a certain month and he was booked. So I had to switch.

My second surgeon had the greatest bedside manor I could imagine. He was absolutely amazing and I feel like it was destiny that he was to do my surgery. If it's meant to be it's meant to be. It was extremely stressful but I'm really grateful for my experience.
