I think I'm going to write a letter

I think I'm going to write a letter....to myself!

One of those heart-wrenching dear me letters listing all my feelings about living in the body I have now, my hopes for the future, things I'm looking forward to, the fears I'm facing. And then I want to seal it in an envelope and not touch either until I've met goal or five years or whatever I decide.

At that point, maybe I should write another letter celebrating the accomplishment and how great it feels. That one I wouldn't open unless I needed a serious pep talk or was having issues.

So off I go....

I made a list of everything I hated about being so fat. If I ever lose motivation, it is a great reminder of why I wanted this.

I might have to steal this idea.

Hope to don't mind ;)

You can't steal what's been freely given! I think it would be a very good exercise for me.

For me too!

What a great idea!! Letters to myself for a future anniversary (like you mentioned) and one when I'm struggling, partially off the wagon or have lost focus and what's important to me.. I love it! Totally nabbing this idea too! Thanks, great idea lady!
