protein bars?

I have found that I cannot get down a Protein shake in under 30 minutes and have not been able to finish them.

Then, I came across a Think Thin bar that has 20 g protein and no sugar.

My NUT doesn't love them because "they were created for people to eat on spaceships" but I find that with my ridiculous lifestyle they come in handy.

What do you guys think?

That is an interesting opinion. I have nothing against Protein bars. If I could find one that didn't taste like crap and didn't give me major gas I would be all over it.

I think a compromise might be in order. I assume you are trying to drink the RTD shakes. You can't finish the entire thing in 30 minutes. Why not split it in half and have the half sized portion 4 times a day and a Protein bar as a snack?

From what information I can find the Think Thin bars may not be nutritionally complete enough to maintain you on their own.
