Macronutrients

What is everyone using for their macronutrient goals? I know everybody is different but I would just like to hear what other people are using.

    I have a goal of 100 grams of Protein a day. I avoid starches and try to choose lean Proteins but do not have a specific carb or fat goal.

100 grams of protein a day is my only real goal. Other than that, I do try to always make sure that whatever I'm eating has more grams of protein than fat. I don't count carbs, but I tend to stay pretty low carb just by default, since I fill up on protein trying to get my 100 grams in.
