Lucky sleever

  • Popular Post

I must be the luckiest guy alive as it pertains to this surgery. I'm a week out tomorrow.

I'm tolerating soft foods perfectly. I had a scrambled egg with with my Protein shake this morning. I've had 0 nausea. I had slight pain for 2 days.. I've already been on 3 bike rides over 8 miles each. I feel like a billion dollars. Amazing energy... and I think the sleeve is doing exactly what it should. One egg filled me basically for the day, sipped on all my fluids all day. I literally feel like I had nothing done, except my stomach is smaller. Everything tastes amazing, including my Protein shakes, and Isopure drinks. Don't tell anyone but I even has a sip of my wife's Pino last night. I am on cloud freaking 9.

In fairness I was very fit and active before I injured my back in 2012.

I just wanted to vent positively.

Thanks for reading!!

Love it!

Right after surgery @@Tyler H did 8-mile bike rides, and @OutsideInsideMatch got a mani/pedi.

Point is, you both attacked your lives with gusto.

Love it.

That is amazing success story I kinda feel the same being 1week out tomorrow. I have ate egg whites for lunch and went on a 2 mile walk with my dogs today and am feeling pretty swell. I think as long as get your protein and water in the egg whites with milk is the same as soup broth

SO GLAD YOU'RE DOING WELL!!!

Just a quick check in. I got sleeved on 10/12/15. I am currently 255 pounds, down from 320 on surgery day. Looking to get between 200 and 210. I'm lifting and doing cardio 5 days a week, sometimes two a days. I can't explain how amazing this surgery is or how amazing I feel. If you're considering it.. and you have the willpower to make it work... DO IT! :D
