I am also scheduled for Oct 11th. If you do not receive a reply, please post a message regarding your experience. I am also nervous and my husband is very apprehensive.

Do not fear, you will be in good hands, Me and my DH had our bands placed by Dr. Rod Oct. 1. and it all went very smoothly, We had no complications and did really well the first month. We are waiting on a much needed fill now so that food satisfied full feeling will return. Best of luck! Klovermom:whoo:

Thank you so much. Are you going back to Dr. Rod for your fills?

I also went to Dr. Rod and had a wonderful experience. I do not return to Mexico for my fills, however, they will accomodate you if needed.
