Certain days of week

Does anyone have losses only certain days of the week? I was looking at my log and I always lose Tuesday -Friday. No recorded losses on the weekend! Must be something to do with salt no? I always feel down in the dumps Monday when I post my challenge loss because I am usually exactly the same as on Friday or Thursday and then like clockwork Tuesday I lose. I'm thinking I eat out more on the weekend so it much be water retention since my actual intake is comparable.

That's an interesting observation, for sure!

I'm too new to tell something like that for me but I know pre surgery I was way more lax on weekends (when I was actually watching what I ate and drank)

I don't weigh myself often enough to track something like that.

At first I thought that was it but I don't think it shows up on scale immediately. I think there is a delay.

I do better on the weekends than at work Monday thru Friday

I weighed myself Sunday I was 290. Today I was 287. Lol.
