Parkour, anyone?

So, I've now become obsessed with this stuff. According to the guys I've talked to, this is pretty safe, if practiced correctly...

Obviously, you take it little by little, but for what it is, it would be a blast and AMAZINGLY good excercise...

This is what got me hooked:

Relowd Parkour 2006 and other Stunts/Crashes Videos on StupidVideos.com

Anybody up for a little training?

Believe it or not, this stuff is actually feasible if your technique is right. That being the key word here.

YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO CRUSH MY DREAMS!!!! *sobs uncontrollably*

just kidding. haha.

I can see how one could become obsessed with Parkour! I few minutes of watching videos and you are suddenly transfixed! What an amazing workout. I looked it up on Wikipedia and read more about it.... I really like the mental discipline that it encourages. Way cool. Let us know how you do!! :)
