Got my surgery date!

I'm so excited and starting to be a little scared that my gastric bypass is going to happen. I'm scheduled for surgery on October 19th. I go to my pre op class tomorrow and meet with my surgeon on Friday. Then wait a little over a week and then have surgery. At first it seemed so far away and now it's going to happen. I'm looking forward to starting a new life.

I know the feeling..so exciting!! I just got sleeved last week on September 30,2015. I'm one week out and I am very happy that I went through with it. I watched TONS of YouTube videos about weight loss surgery and all of the awesome outcomes. I even watched some of the "regrets of WLS" Just so that I could have a good idea of what to expect. Good luck!

Congrats! It's a great feeling to see that light at the end of the tunnel! :D
