December sleeve!

I'm so excited I am almost finished with my 6 month medical documenting per my insurance company. I go for my pre op class Oct 7th!!! Im excited and nervous. Any fb groups for December sleevers?!?!

Congrats to you @Fabstarr55. We're all happy for you too. I know the 6 month diet had to be hard. But, I'm sure it was totally worth it. I didn't have to do a 6 month diet. My insurance waives me doing the diet if my BMI was over 50 which is was when I started my program. The pre-op class well be a lot of information so just be ready for that. They will cover nutrition, eating habits, fad-diets, exercise, etc you name it. It will be so much information you will be excited, and worried at the same time. So take it all in the best you can. Keep us updated on all your appointments and classes. :)
